As a sales leader for road sales, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our account managers and customers to address various needs and concerns, ensuring that issues are resolved within 48 hours.

Your Role
Sales Leader, Road Sales, Client King Pin and Solutions Provider
This role requires a motivated, positive, and enthusiastic individual who is comfortable with computers and has excellent communication skills. You will need to be organized and able to network effectively, as well as possess basic construction practices and building components knowledge. You must also be able to type sales tickets and deliveries accurately.
What We Offer
As a full-time team member at Drexel Building Supply, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, an employee assistance program, 401k matching, ESOP shares, profit sharing, immediate holiday and vacation pay, team member product discounts, scholarship programs for the kids of Drexel team members, annual charity match donations, and annual reimbursements for family and fitness expenses.
