Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Per Diem RN Preoperative to join our team at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, New Hampshire.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in our Preoperative department. As a Per Diem RN Preoperative, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical judgment and decision-making skills to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in selection of and completes all unit-specific competencies.
- Articulates Nursing Sensitive Indicators and quality goals for unit and describes role in accomplishing expectations.
- Provides alternate coverage for planned time off and participates in call rotation as assigned.
- Graduate of accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
- More than 1-year RN experience with > 2000 hrs work experience.
- IV Therapy proficiency.
- ACLS, PALS, ARC or AHA BLS, Registered Nursing License.
