Job Description:
We are looking for a Vascular Surgery Travel Nurse to join our team at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. As a Vascular Surgery Travel Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our intermediate thoracic/vascular surgery unit, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing and evaluating patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed
- Monitor patients' vital signs and medical equipment, reporting any abnormalities or concerns to the medical team
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
- Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques, disease management, and health promotion

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a similar setting
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky
- BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience
