Senior Fabrication Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled General Technician to support the KRDNA Department in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently supporting department activities, including fabrication of parts, machine maintenance, assembly/disassembly, and transportation of machines between sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist engineers with assembly, disassembly, and inspection of test machines under guidance.
- Read and understand engineering prints to perform job-related tasks.
- Perform minor fabrication of parts, including cutting, drilling, welding, forming, and machining processes.
- Obtain and maintain a valid DOT license and Kubota Driver's List status within 60 days.
- Maintain a 5S area according to compliance standards.
- Understand and comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- English language competency, including verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated self-starter with ability to work with minimal oversight.
- Eligible to drive truck and trailer, with a valid DOT license and Kubota Driver's List status.
- Able to perform basic fabrication and use basic hand tools.
- Willing to travel as necessary.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to perform moderate to advanced fabrication, including welding, forming, and machining.
- Advanced understanding of engineering prints, including tolerances and welding annotations.
- Experience working on mowers, tractors, and utility vehicles.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member must have the ability to work in extreme hot or cold conditions, stand for the duration of the shift, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; ascend stairs; balance; stoop, kneel or crouch; talk and hear. In addition, the team member must occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
