At AutoCamp Hospitality Group, we are dedicated to redefining outdoor experiences with our upscale accommodations. We are currently seeking a Housekeeper to ensure that our guest lodgings, including Airstreams, Luxury Tents, and Cabins, are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned accommodations, adhering to established cleanliness standards, which includes dusting, mopping, window cleaning, bed making, trash removal, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Organize and tidy kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom areas, ensuring all furniture is in its proper place.
  • Dust, polish, and remove marks from surfaces such as walls, counters, and furnishings.
  • Care for flooring through sweeping and mopping.
  • Restock guest amenities and maintain an accurate inventory of supplies in guest rooms.
  • Communicate the status of cleaned rooms to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Report lost and found items promptly, including the location where they were discovered.
  • Notify Maintenance and the Housekeeping Supervisor of any damaged or missing items.
  • Inform the Housekeeping Supervisor of any unusual circumstances, such as a lack of luggage in a checkout room or any damage observed.
  • Utilize cleaning products safely and correctly.
  • Follow appropriate procedures for handling used linens and rags.
  • Maintain and restock the housekeeping cart as needed.
  • Adhere to key control procedures.
  • Foster a positive work environment by being friendly and accommodating to guests and colleagues.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and requests.
  • Represent AutoCamp in a professional manner, paying attention to personal grooming and appearance.
  • Learn and implement property emergency procedures.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Punctuality and reliability for assigned shifts.
  • Understanding of proper cleaning equipment and product usage.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures for handling cleaning products.
  • Able to address practical problems and navigate situations where standards may not be clearly defined.
  • Experience operating cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED certificate is preferred.
  • Prior experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Exhibit thoroughness and a keen attention to detail.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage.
