Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sharp Energy. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards for customer service, including first call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
