Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property.
  • Assist with waste management and cleanliness throughout the premises.
  • Perform various maintenance tasks as needed and as directed.
  • Support the turnover process for vacant units, ensuring they are ready for new residents.
  • Be available for on-call maintenance emergencies as per the schedule.
  • Assist with community events and resident activities when required.

Essential Duties:

The following tasks are representative of the types of work typically performed in this role:

  • Complete all necessary tasks related to the preparation of vacant units.
  • Service and repair appliances as needed.
  • Address general plumbing and basic electrical issues, including repairs to toilets, light fixtures, and other appliances.
  • Re-key locks upon request.
  • Help maintain an inventory of tools and supplies.
  • Replace burnt-out light bulbs and repair fixtures throughout the property as necessary.
  • Conduct corrective maintenance and address resident requests in accordance with company protocols.
