Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team at Allstate - Dakkak Insurance LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing customer policy change requests, updating customer information, and taking premium payments.

Responsibilities

  • Issue insurance documentation (COI, ID cards, etc)
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross sell and account rounding opportunity.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Provides ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous insurance and hospitality experience
  • Basic computer software knowledge
  • Must know how to type
  • Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills
  • Professional office and phone etiquette
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
