As a Site Work Foreman at R.H. White Construction, you will oversee the installation of underground utilities, building pad excavations, and general site grading. You will work closely with a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities of a work crew engaged in site work and utility construction.
- Understand construction and schematic drawings to install work per plans and specifications.
- Lead, motivate, and direct the work of subordinates.
- Ensure projects are completed within precise limits of standards of accuracy.
- Make decisions based on measurable criteria.
- Physically work easily and skillfully with hands, lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds, have good vision, and stand, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
- OSHA 10 Construction Certification is required or ability to obtain during pre-employment.
