Job Description

This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced plant environment. As an Industrial Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment throughout the plant.

You will work closely with the production team to ensure timely repair of equipment and provide assistance to your colleagues as needed.

This role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, basic computer familiarity, and good organizational skills.

You should be able to work flexibly, including different shifts and weekends as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance or repair
  • Strong understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical prints
  • Experience with CNC and PLC systems
  • Familiarity with welding and pipe fitting processes
  • Knowledge of local chemical waste removal codes
