Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tax Director to join our team at the Lighting Staffing Agency. This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, client assignments, and projects, as well as delivering high-quality services to our clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Service Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Tax Planning and Compliance: Advise clients on corporate tax services, including planning, research, compliance, and general business activities.
  • Team Leadership: Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in tax, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a management role.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or EA are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
