Women's Health Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Women's Health Nurse Specialist to join our team at Incredible Health. This role is an excellent opportunity for dedicated professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of patients.
Estimated Salary Range:$60,150 to $100,000 per year.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care strategies for laboring mothers. You will work closely with obstetricians and other healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates, making timely interventions as necessary. Additionally, you will administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including epidurals and intravenous fluids.
You will also provide emotional and educational support to patients and their families throughout the labor and delivery process. Furthermore, you will document and report patient status, changes, and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications- An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher educational attainment from an accredited program.
- An active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
- 1+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery, Obstetrics, or a related field preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and standard medical equipment pertinent to Labor & Delivery.
