Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at DHR Health in Brownsville, Texas. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients based on their unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and effective communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health literacy and self-management.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhanced patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
