Fawkes IDM is a leading law firm specializing in product liability litigation. We are seeking an experienced Law Firm Operations Manager to oversee our litigation support operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead electronic discovery initiatives, including data collection and review.
  • Develop and maintain case management systems.
  • Coordinate witness interviews and depositions.
  • Analyze deposition transcripts and assist with trial preparation.
  • Design information retrieval systems using litigation support software.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and draft factual memoranda.
  • Collaborate with eData on electronic discovery and related projects.

Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree strongly preferred; excellent academic record.
  • 5+ years of Product Liability Paralegal experience.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000 - $140,000.
