Job Summary

The Springs Healthcare at the Carlotta is seeking a skilled Treatment Nurse to join our team. As a Treatment Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and treatment in a skilled nursing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Treatment and Therapeutic Services: Administer treatment and therapeutic services to patients as ordered by physicians.
  • Consult with Healthcare Team: Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services, Medical Director, and other members of the Care Plan Team to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Assess Patient Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical records and charts to identify areas for improvement and recommend treatment plans.
  • Document Patient Care: Accurately document patient care and treatment in medical records and charts.
  • Order Medication and Supplies: Order medication and equipment as needed to ensure timely care.
  • Attend Meetings: Attend meetings with the healthcare team to discuss patient care and facility business.
Requirements
  • Current State LVN or RN License: Must be currently licensed as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of California.
  • Previous Nursing Experience: Previous experience in nursing or healthcare is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification: Must be certified in CPR and First Aid.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
