Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
- Assist with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and billing
- Perform patient care tasks under the direction of a licensed nurse and/or nurse practitioner
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program or direct patient care experience
- Strong clerical background with excellent computer skills
- Documentation of current CPR certification required
