- Current RN licensure in Texas
- BCLS certification
- ACLS certification (completed within 6 months of hire date)
- 2 years of medical nursing or orthopedic nursing experience (preferred)
- Medical Surgical ANCC Certification or ANCC Orthopedic Nurse Certification (preferred)
