About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at CenterWell Senior Primary Care. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and direct incoming calls, greet visitors, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Greets visitors and determines the nature of their visit, issuing visitor passes and maintaining visitor logs
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records, including long distance call logs and visitor information
  • Responds to routine inquiries from internal and external sources, including organization location, hours of operation, phone numbers, and email address
  • Performs basic administrative tasks, such as typing, organizing, and distributing mail, and receiving and sending courier packages
Requirements
  • Less than 2 years of technical experience
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
