Feedback Collection: Employ effective strategies for collecting and organizing feedback from interviewers, ensuring thorough and uniform data is gathered. Debrief Scheduling: Arrange debrief sessions with hiring teams to review candidate evaluations and determine subsequent actions. Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders, working together to achieve hiring objectives while emphasizing candidate satisfaction. System Management: Keep precise and current candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), specifically Workday. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and optimize the interview scheduling and logistics workflow. Take initiative in process enhancements/documentation and contribute to the advancement of recruitment practices.Qualifications
At least 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment coordination or comparable role, ideally in a high-volume recruitment setting. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a genuine enthusiasm for assisting others and a dedication to surpassing expectations. Capability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with Workday is preferred.Location and Workplace Flexibility: The company promotes a hybrid and remote-friendly culture, with work locations determined by the requirements of the position and the Leadership team's decisions. In-office work and activities may vary based on team objectives and company policies.
