Qualifications

At least 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment coordination or comparable role, ideally in a high-volume recruitment setting. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a genuine enthusiasm for assisting others and a dedication to surpassing expectations. Capability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with Workday is preferred.
