Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning work in an efficient and safe manner as directed by team leaders, supervisors, or account managers.
  • Ensure manual work and production equipment operates efficiently and at high quality.
  • Report problem areas to team leaders and maintain work areas in a clean, neat, and orderly condition.
  • Complete daily summary information at shift end and submit process control related paperwork, shift logs, and inventory reports to team leaders upon request.
  • Assist team leaders with on-the-job training of new hires and transfers when required.
  • Keep work areas and break areas in the cleanest possible condition.
  • Be responsible for personal safety and help ensure the safety of others in the team.
  • Understand and adhere to all information located in the employee handbook.
  • Follow OSHA guidelines and MPW safety standards.
  • Ability to follow directions as provided by supervisors.
  • Report any and all issues to supervisors immediately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisors.
Requirements
  • Ability to move up to 50 Lbs., with or without accommodation.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves physical manual labor.
  • Ability to maintain alertness and fitness for duty.
  • Ability to position oneself for work conducted in and around confined spaces.
  • Ability to wear respirators in environments that may expose you to chemicals, fumes, etc.
  • Ability to maintain workloads that may include travel to a variety of states for days or weeks, and daily timeframes that could exceed the typical 8-hour shift.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
  • Some High School education acceptable.
  • Able to work safely and efficiently.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Professional oral and written interpersonal communications.
