Salary Range:

$65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients undergoing radiologic procedures, utilizing advanced skills and knowledge to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with medical teams to provide comprehensive care and support, leveraging expertise in critical care and interventional procedures
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans, incorporating evidence-based practice and continuous learning to stay up-to-date with best practices
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
  • Participate in unit-based performance improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing solutions to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or diploma from an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum two years' experience in critical care or interventional procedures
  • AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider certification
  • NJ Registered Nurse licensure
  • ACLS (or must obtain within 6 months) if assigned to critical care or interventional procedures

Work Environment:

This role requires frequent physical demands, including standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 40 pounds.
