  • Act as a deterrent to undesirable behaviors and actions, maintaining a high level of situational awareness at all times.
  • Understand various service standards of the hospitality industry, maintaining a work area with the same high regard to maintain the reputation of the property.
Requirements
  • Valid California Guard Card
  • Previous SOC operations and dispatching experience
  • Availability to work Sunday and Mondays (2d)
  • Must have full availability for a 2-week training program
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Meet the physical demands of the job, including prolonged standing, constant standing and walking, and constant use of hands and eyes
  • Demonstrate strong computer proficiency, including typing skills and the ability to navigate through multiple computer systems
  • Knowledge of CCTV equipment, access controls, alarm monitoring, and computer databases
