Front Desk Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Career Group in Corte Madera, CA.

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all designers, clients, and visitors. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and polished demeanor will be essential to your success in this highly visible role.

This is a creative and dynamic office environment with growth potential for the right candidate. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet incoming visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or area
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Assist visitors with interviews and appointments
  • Liaise with maintenance, security, and operations teams
  • Ensure the lobby is neat and tidy
  • Perform additional tasks as delegated

Requirements:

  • Friendly and customer service-oriented approach
  • Eye for detail and precision
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Resourcefulness and willingness to proactively solve problems
  • Working knowledge of Gmail and Microsoft Office programs
  • Proficiency with Mac operating systems

Salary: $25/hr
