Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Resident Services Specialist to join our team at Hunt MH Shared Services LLC. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining a positive living environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance and coordination to residents with property management team
  • Ensure overall appearance of the community, including office, amenities, model, homes, and community
  • Assist in marketing functions and exceptional customer service to all residents
  • Maintain resident files, resident retention programs, and follow up on service requests
  • Meet with resident groups and assist Community Director and Community Manager in ensuring compliance with all Hunt Military Communities policies and Government compliance requirements
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) Required and Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or other related discipline Preferred
  • Experience working with computers and typical office software such as Email, Word, Excel, and internet browsers
  • Strong customer service skills, ability to show houses, and work in all types of weather conditions
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in handling highly confidential information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with individuals at all levels, internally and externally
