Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personal care services to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting any changes in resident health or behavior, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to residents with varying levels of mobility and dexterity.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and transferring, as needed.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by our medical team.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident health or behavior to our nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services provided.
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Washington.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
