About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Program Manager to join our Siri Platforms team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving programs and projects that support the development of our Siri Platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive feature definition, system architecture, timelines, milestones, risk management, and program execution
  • Collaborate with multiple partner organizations to deliver complex software platforms, tools, and processes
  • Provide clear, timely, concise, and objective communication to stakeholders
  • Manage program end-to-end, from inception to delivery
  • Identify and drive towards solutions with cross-functional teams
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, leading cross-functional data and software engineering teams
  • Excellent project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently
  • Solid knowledge of technical system architecture and systems design tradeoffs
  • Thorough understanding of testing, build, and release processes for complex software
  • Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills, including conflict resolution and management and influence
  • Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and presentation
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in project or program management
  • Proficiency in Agile, SDLC development processes
  • Strong leadership skills, including coaching and team-building
  • Superior group facilitation and interviewing
