Key Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in all types of RV Parts and Accessories, particularly in areas requiring personalized customer support, such as fit, color, size, installation, and technical specifications. (Examples include Awnings, Hitches, Tow Bars, Airbags, Satellites, etc.)
- Assist customers in the research, ordering, and installation coordination of these specialized product categories.
- Recommend additional products that enhance the RV lifestyle for customers, ensuring a more enjoyable experience.
- Support the Service Team by aiding in the research, ordering, and delivery of products necessary for Service Work Orders.
- Set a standard for exceptional customer service and product knowledge, providing guidance and training as required, while collaborating with management to achieve customer service, merchandising, and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with retail associates and management to order, restock, and display RV Parts and accessories, ensuring an appealing and organized shopping environment for customers.
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail or sales environments focused on performance.
- Background in the RV or automotive sector, or in a role requiring technical expertise in sales or customer service.
- Experience in merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a retail space.
- Willingness to work a flexible full-time schedule, including some Saturdays (note: the RV Parts Superstore is closed on Sundays).
