This is a part-time, remote role. Available shifts are from 6am to 10am or 4pm to 8pm, Monday through Friday, requiring approximately 20 hours per week. The primary responsibility will be to engage with online inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, providing follow-up as necessary.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based assessment approach to inform clients about insurance alternatives.
  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer requirements, and promote suitable products and services.
