Job Title: Banking Trainee Position

About the Role:

The Banking Trainee Position is a key role at Natick Branch, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in banking and customer service. As a Banking Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced team members to provide excellent service to our customers, process transactions, and promote our bank's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, answering their questions and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Process transactions, such as deposits and withdrawals, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist customers with opening and servicing of accounts, and provide information on our bank's products and services.
  • Develop strong customer relationships by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or some college preferred.
  • 6-12 months of cash handling or customer service related experience required.
  • Demonstrated customer service, sales, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and intermediate technology skills, including Microsoft Office.
