Job Responsibilities:
  • Execute precise machining operations on a variety of materials using manual milling machines and other relevant equipment.
  • Independently set up and program Proto-Trak / Accu-rite mills for efficient production.
  • Perform surface grinding tasks with expertise, particularly in the aerospace industry and utilizing exotic materials.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in setting up and operating various machining tools and equipment.
  • Maintain a self-sufficient work style, effectively multi-tasking to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure adherence to tight tolerances and conduct thorough inspections to guarantee quality standards.
  • Interpret blueprints and customer specifications with accuracy.
  • Apply strong analytical and mathematical skills to solve complex machining challenges.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout all phases of work.
  • Possess a comprehensive set of personal tools essential for the role.
