As a Senior Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in case management, file management, data oversight, payroll and billing assistance, communication, and reporting. This position may also involve support with staffing and scheduling.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving and processing orders from physicians in accordance with state regulations and effectively communicating with clinicians.
- Supervising Home Health Aides in compliance with specific waiver program guidelines.
- Gathering referral information from various sources and making initial assessments regarding client eligibility for home health services.
- Maintaining electronic medical records in line with state and federal regulations and company standards.
- Ensuring appropriate staffing levels by arranging replacements for staff absences as necessary.
- Participating in patient care conferences and collecting performance improvement data as directed by your supervisor.
We seek a Senior Support Coordinator who is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic setting, are essential.
Qualifications:- LPN or LVN licensure required.
- Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a multi-tasking role within a business or healthcare clinical environment.
- Basic arithmetic skills, including multiplication, division, and percentages.
- Understanding of medical terminology and foundational knowledge of scientific disciplines.
- Valid state driving license and automobile insurance in accordance with company policy.
- Proficiency in computer software and data management programs.
