Radiologist - Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Atlanta, Georgia, United States The South Plains Full time
Position Summary

We are seeking fellowship-trained radiologists to join our team of semi-specialized radiologists and physician assistants. Our primary goal is to find future colleagues with strong interpersonal skills. We are particularly interested in candidates with MSK, imaging-guided procedures and/or breast imaging training/experience.

Practice Details

Our physician-led medical group exclusively serves Kaiser Permanente members in the Atlanta area. We offer an integrated practice with a stimulating and rewarding work environment, excellent opportunities for interdepartmental collaboration, and leadership roles. Our group averages 70 wRVUs per shift, with outpatient and urgent care imaging only. Teleradiology covers overnights.

We offer a proportional distribution of evening and weekend call shifts across the group by FTE status, averaging 2 evenings and 1 weekend day per month for full-time radiologists. Compensatory weekdays off are allotted after working a weekend shift. All radiologists are placed on shareholder track. Option to work from home (must be a GA resident or willing to relocate) for non-patient facing work, including evenings and weekends.

Benefit Highlights

We offer a compensation structure with an initial fixed salary phase, allowing for low stress onboarding, transitioning to market-leading productivity-based compensation when advantageous to the radiologist (typically 1-2 years). Comprehensive medical and dental benefits, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and disability insurance. Highly generous pension, supplemented by 401k.

TSPMG is one of Georgia's largest independent, physician-owned, multi-specialty medical groups. We offer a competitive salary, a generous retirement package, paid time off, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, long and short term disability, relocation allowance, and more. We also offer numerous clinical and non-clinical learning opportunities and physician leadership development.

Atlanta, our home for more than 30 years, is a thriving metropolis that blends southern charm with modern art, music, and culture. We are an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status. We maintain a drug and nicotine-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing.
