Job Overview

As a Community Assistant at Trinitas Ventures, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our students. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in hospitality, marketing, and operations while making a positive impact on campus life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, addressing their needs with a smile and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Build a sense of community by planning engaging events and activities that bring people together.
  • Be a leasing superstar by conducting property tours that showcase the best of our amenities and model units.
  • Stay organized and manage administrative tasks with ease, including receiving packages.
  • Maintain a high level of property maintenance, ensuring our amenities and model units are always looking their best.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree with at least 1 year completed (Min. 2.5 GPA required)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for technology
  • Positive, can-do attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Work Environment and Physical Demands

Ability to live onsite (preferred), lift up to 25 lbs, and walk long distances. Availability to work a minimum of 16 hours per week and participate in marketing events. Ability to work during the Summer Turnover Period and during school breaks.
