Key Responsibilities- Assist in Electrical Installations: Assist in the installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of electrical fixtures and fans.
- Electrical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues in residential settings.
- Panel Upgrades and Installations: Upgrade and install electrical panels to ensure safe and efficient electrical distribution.
- Electric Vehicle Charger Installations: Install and wire electric vehicle chargers for residential customers.
- Material Management: Identify and procure materials and quantities needed for repairs and new projects.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers, explaining work performed, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain company-provided vehicles and equipment through daily checks and inspections.
- Adherence to Safety Protocols: Follow established safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in electrical systems and principles.
- Valid Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license in the State of North Carolina.
- Clean Driving Record: Maintain a clean driving record, free from any major infractions.
- Background Check and Drug Test: Pass a background check and drug test to ensure a safe working environment.
- Physical Demands: Meet the physical demands of the position, including bending, hunching, kneeling, standing, balancing, climbing, stooping, crawling, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting 50+ pounds.
- Previous Electrical Experience: Possess previous electrical experience, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and principles.
- Electrical Training or Education: Have completed electrical training or education, with a strong foundation in electrical systems and principles.
