Overview:
This role is focused on supporting manufacturing operations related to equipment and facilities. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate closely with maintenance teams, project management, and production to enhance the performance and reliability of manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide engineering support for manufacturing processes and equipment.
2. Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational safety.
3. Develop and review User Requirements Specifications (URS) for new equipment and modifications.
4. Suggest design improvements to mitigate risks and enhance safety and quality.
5. Lead the development of validation protocols in accordance with established standards.
6. Act as a key liaison between engineering and manufacturing teams throughout project phases.
7. Conduct thorough reviews of commissioning reports and address any verification exceptions.
8. Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
9. Identify and implement reliability enhancements for manufacturing equipment.
10. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing costs and improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in technical report writing and effective communication.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and systems.
