About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Pizza Maker at Domino's Pizza. Key Responsibilities
  • Operate all equipment, including pizza makers and cash registers, to ensure efficient and accurate service.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers to maintain a well-stocked and organized kitchen.
  • Prepare products to standards, including pizzas, salads, and sides, to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Receive and process telephone orders, taking accurate and detailed information from customers to ensure timely and correct delivery.
  • Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders both over the phone and in person, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels and sales.
  • Clean equipment and facility to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, as well as communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, using a calculator as needed.
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change and handle cash transactions.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Ability to lift at least 40-50lbs, as required to perform job duties.
