Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in West Greenwich, Rhode Island.

This is an ongoing opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities.
  • Practice in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Direct and supervise support personnel to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
  • Manage technical, environmental, and financial resources to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the state of Rhode Island.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic skills in math and computer science.
  • Appropriate knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly developed communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Anticipates challenges and develops strategies for addressing them.
  • High level of service delivery.
