Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate effective communication among team members to enhance respiratory clinical patient outcomes.
  • Assist in prioritizing work and delegating tasks to staff.
  • Engage in patient care when acuity and volume demand.
  • Communicate occurrences to Respiratory Leadership that may arise.
Requirements
  • A.S. in Respiratory Therapy.
  • One-year clinical training (or the equivalent).
  • Currently licensed as a Respiratory Therapist by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Registration (RRT) by the N.B.R.C. within six (6) months of hire.
