About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Project Engineer to join our Technical Services Department at Rocky Mountain Bottle Company in Wheat Ridge, CO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage capital and expense projects from conception to completion.
  • Participate in Design Out Maintenance (DOM) initiatives to optimize operations and maintenance strategies.
  • Develop and implement operating and process reliability initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives.
  • 4-year Engineering/Maintenance degree preferred, along with an advanced degree in Business Management, Project Management, or Engineering, and a certification for a licensed professional engineer & project management.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in an engineering/maintenance & project management role in a manufacturing environment.
