- Quality Assurance: Comply with quality system work instructions and ensure all work is performed to the highest standards.
- Breakdown Response: Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform repairs as needed.
- Documentation: Document all maintenance activities and corrective actions within the Our Next Energy maintenance system.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous mechanical or electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions, blueprints, and documentation. Proficiency in using computer-based work tools.
- Education: Associate's degree in a related field.
- Experience: Completion of at least 8 years of experience in a mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics trade or a certified apprenticeship.
- Skills: Prior experience working with power transmission, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, seals, pumps, and fans. Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, servo controllers, temperature control, and HMI systems.
