Position Overview: As a Medication Administration Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Work Schedule: Full Time, 2 PM - 10 PM (includes every other weekend)

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address any inquiries, concerns, or inconsistencies regarding medication distribution to the Resident Care Director (RCD).
  • Report any notable changes in the mental or physical condition of residents to the RCD.
  • Document the supervision of self-administration in the Medication Administration Record (MAR).
  • Notify the RCD regarding the administration of as-needed (prn) medications.
  • Maintain accurate records of prn medications and their effects.

Qualifications: The Medication Administration Specialist must complete a state-approved training program in medication administration and obtain a certificate of successful completion.
