We are seeking a part-time Group Facilitator to join our team. This role will involve conducting groups and working collaboratively with the treatment team to assess patient needs.

Job Responsibilities:

The Group Facilitator will be responsible for:

  • Conducting educational groups effectively
  • Participating in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews
  • Documenting patient progress accurately
  • Assisting patients in gaining group process skills
  • Utilizing experiential techniques effectively
  • Maintaining clinical records according to program policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation, special education, health education, or a related field
  • Three to five years of experience in the substance abuse and mental health field (preferred)
  • Experience with KIPU EMR (preferred)

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
