Sales Associate

At Gianni Versace S.r.l., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at the Versace Topanga Boutique. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and fostering genuine client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Be a Brand Ambassador by delivering outstanding client service and promoting our Retail Excellence Program.
- Meet and exceed sales goal targets, client data capture targets, and core KPIs (sales, UPT, ATV).
- Create and maintain client relationships through after-sales service, including thank you notes, follow-up calls, and product repair or maintenance.
- Support the team in generating new client relationships while maintaining existing ones.
- Process returns and exchanges, and handle customer repairs and advising clients on best-fit pieces.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury retail.
- Full understanding of specialty retail, including effective clienteling.
- Computer skills, including operation of retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, multitasking with ease while maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities.
- A positive, outgoing, high-energy personality that is entrepreneurial and sales-focused.
