Medical Assistant or LPN

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant or LPN to join our team at Billings Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our physicians and non-physician providers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with patient care and treatment, including preparing rooms, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Support scheduling admissions, appointments, diagnostic tests, treatments, procedures, and surgery.
- Screen incoming telephone calls and refer patients to the appropriate healthcare professional.
- Order and maintain clinical and office supplies and equipment.
- Compile statistical data for reports and attend required meetings.
- Administer medications and immunizations according to department-approved guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; six months of related work experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
- Successful completion of department orientation, skills competencies, and 54 LMS modules within six months of hire.
- Completion of Personal Accountability class within the first six months of hire.
- Current Montana or Wyoming state license as a licensed practical nurse required.
