Structural Engineering Practice

Our Structural Engineering division works closely with architects, property owners, and contractors to create sophisticated solutions for projects of varying types, sizes, and complexities. From the design of the tallest skyscrapers and longest spans to the engineering of unique structures and significant expansion projects, we consistently strive to achieve the optimal balance between form, function, sustainability, constructability, timelines, and budgets.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to enhance our Structural Practice. Ideal candidates should possess experience in small to mid-sized projects, including cultural institutions, office complexes, healthcare facilities, research facility design, and tenant improvement projects, preferably within a consulting engineering firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate design efforts with internal teams and other design professionals, including architects and various engineering disciplines.
  • Engage with clients to ascertain project specifications.
  • Develop and organize engineering programs and project teams based on project needs.
  • Conduct analysis and design of structural systems for diverse building types and materials in accordance with applicable building codes.
  • Oversee project design and deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proficient in current industry software, including SAP2000, ETABS, Ram, Risa3-D, PCA Software, Revit, and AutoCAD.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
