Position Overview
We are seeking a Strategic HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the employee journey across various departments, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer expert advice and support to managers and team members on all HR-related matters.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Develop and implement tailored solutions in areas such as recruitment, organizational design, performance management, talent development, and employee recognition.
- Maintain and enhance HR systems and documentation.
- Collaborate with global HR teams on workforce planning, recruitment strategies, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
- Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit top talent, advising on capability gaps and team optimization.
- At least 5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in talent acquisition is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
