Career Opportunity

Clean Earth Holdings is seeking a highly skilled In-House Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide legal advice and support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sound legal advice to cross-functional teams and identify legal issues
  • Strategic oversight of legal matters, including vendor/customer contracts and dispute resolution
  • Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation, commercial, and regulatory matters
  • Partner with commercial and procurement teams to develop and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Provide legal support for intellectual property management and real estate transactions
Requirements
  • Law degree from an accredited law school with strong academic record
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a licensed attorney in good standing in one or more U.S. jurisdictions
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects and prioritize tasks effectively
