Job Description:
The Patient Care Assistant will assist registered nurses with patient care, collect data for assessment, and participate in implementing a formal plan of care. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist registered nurses with patient care
* Collect data for assessment and participate in implementing a formal plan of care
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety policies and procedures
* Provide excellent customer service to all patients, family members, visitors, volunteers, and coworkers
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* At least one of the following qualifications: MA Certified Nursing Assistant License, Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program, or Equivalent clinical Military experience
