Key Responsibilities
  • Observe and chart changes in residents' conditions, taking necessary action to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Administer prescribed medications and start intravenous fluids, accurately documenting patient information.
  • Provide basic resident care and treatments, such as taking temperatures, blood pressures, and dressing wounds.
  • Collect samples from residents and perform routine laboratory tests.
  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene.
  • Evaluate nursing intervention outcomes and confer with other healthcare team members as necessary.
