Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at BAYSIDE OF POQUOSON HEALTH AND REHAB. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in patient condition
• Provide clinical supervision to licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Instruct individuals and families on health education, disease prevention, and develop health improvement programs
• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient condition; modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and conditions
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patient conditions; maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
